Don™€™t buy if you want a dryer that works

I had this product delivered in October 2022 and the dryer had not worked properly since. I have had no less than 8 visits from two different repair companies and I still don™€™t have a reliable dryer. I have gone almost a year without a dryer and Fridgedaire still won™€™t replace. I want a new one now. I also found out this is a common issue with this laundry center so do not recommend. Just know that any call to their customer service requires 30-45 minutes to get someone who then tells you another service call is needed. I am done

I wanted another model/brand. My husband talked me into this one because he said bending over to unload a wash from a low front loader would be more than my back could handle. Point taken. This machine is working out well for us. It holds a good amount of laundry and no problem with unbalanced loads. The dryer is fantastic. It™€™s a bit loud but does a great job with nice dry and fluffy laundry. So far I am very happy with this unit.

The machine functions they way it should. No problems with balance and clothes seem clean. Dryer is louder than I expected but it does its job well. No damp clothes just nice and dry and fluffy. I would say I™€™m very satisfied. Also, I don™€™t have to bend down to pull clothes out of a front load washer with this old back and knees.

So Far So Good!

It took 4 times to receive the item without damage. We are having to have the installer come back and ensure it was set up properly, am hoping there is not an issue with the washer having a leakage issue.

2nd Frigidaire stackable washer dryer

My 1st Frigidaire set lasted 22 years. I'm hoping to get the same service from my 2nd set. I don't like the locking lid - never know when it will release. Also, I don't see a fabric softener dispenser. Other than that, so far so good. Much quieter than my first set. The clothes come out very clean and the dryer is just fine.

Had issues with ™€œbalance load.™€ After 2 new units and 3 repairmen, results were that I need to wash a FULL load and no small loads. Also, takes much longer to dry. Do NOT recommend.

I™€™m loving the unit. It fits into the area well, I don™€™t have any complaints. The tube for the washer and the dryer are nice sizes. They are close to the size of a regular washer and dryer. I haven™€™t tried a comforter in there, don™€™t think I will either.
