It does some odd things (resets water temp to med every time when I only use cold) & drier times are undefined so it's hard to know which one to choose. Overall, though, I am really pleased. Washer drum is huge; drier is adequate. Glad I chose it!

My new washer/dryer combo is so loud, I have to start a load to wash and leave the house. It even says "quiet pack" on the front of it. It is so loud during the washing cycle. Can anyone direct me. I just purchased it in May.

I was very concerned about many of the reviews of this laundry center, specifically the annoying signal. I think they may have updated the firmware so you can disable the audible signal now. And, it really is terrible, but at least it can be disabled. The laundry center is good, but a bit basic. It does not accommodate fabric softener either. It does a fairly good job washing, though.

I bought this unit on Friday and had it delivered on Monday. The tab for the locking lid on the washer did not line up properly with the lid lock and would not engage for the washer to wash. Ok sometimes things don't work and need repair. However I had to call in to customer service 3 times to get a service call scheduled. The first call they were at least helpful enough to get most of the information entered. Had a service call scheduled for Wednesday to be here between 8:00 and 12:00. At 1:30 they had still not arrived and had not called. Called back in to customer service to inquire about the status and all they could/would tell me is that the service tech would call before they were en route and I needed to keep my line open and someone 18 or older needed to be here. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I'VE SEEN IN DECADES. Worse than the proverbial cable repair schedules of the early 80's. If I could leave a -0- star for service I would do so. I have no idea how the appliance operates

I've only had my new appliance a day and did a load of laundry right after hooking it up. It's so quiet compared to my last brand. I live in a park model home with the laundry in the hallway so quiet is important. My clothes came out clean!

This washer is so much quieter than the three year old GE that died and had to be replaced. The only thing I don™™t love is the lint collector in the dryer. It™™s way better than the GE one was, but this one is still open to the dryer so some lint escapes.

I ended up with this brand machine because of the piece of crap GE I originally bought last month. 2 units were delivered & both sounded like bowling balls in dryer. I was replaced by store with this fridgedaire stackable and I believe my bad luck was a blessing. So far this unit is way quieter than the washer on the GE. NO PROB so far. Nice big stainless steel drum. Not too much noise and clothes are clean.

I recently purchased this new stacked washer dryer. It's quiet and efficient. The wash cycle takes longer than I'm used to but it's okay. I love that the clothes are pretty well wrung out after the spin cycles (there is no wringer, though). My only complaint so far is that, at 5' 3", I cannot reach the bottom of the washtub. I need to get tongs or something else to help me get laundry at the very bottom of the washtub.

My last Frigidaire Laundry center lasted me 19 years. I hope this new, updated model lasts just as long. I love the quiet beep. The old one was annoying (for 19 years). Even though this one is supposed to be only slightly larger, it seems to have much larger drum sizes. It is so quiet I hardly know it is running. I like the new push buttons over the old dials. All my dial handles broke a few years ago, but they still work. I am hoping to have this unit for another 15-20 years.

Had a lg all in one took 2 hrs to dry clothes even when not too many. This one only takes 30 min. To dry quite a bit of laundry. I love it! Works great! Had one years ago have no idea why I changed to an lg all in one. Great product! Love Frigidaire!

My dryer is super quite, the washer has a deep tub able hold more laundry than my previous unit I had for 13 years same make, the only diff is the hood has to be closed for water to fill reason gave a 4 instead of 5.

I am very happy with my purchase. It replaced one 25 years of age. If this one lasts as long, it will outlive me! I love the deep tub that holds a large load. Saves water and time to do all my colors or whites together. I find the water fill a little noisy but the dryer is super quiet. The spin cycle does an excellent job of drying clothes and the dryer finishes them off in little time. I use the wool balls to control wrinkles and static. If you are in the market for a stackable washer and dryer that is dependable at a fair price, you will not go wrong with this Frigidaire laundry center.

Clothes come out clean, and the drying cycle leaves them perfectly dry and yet room temperature when they come out. We™™ve tried various load sizes and fabric types, and the results have been consistent.The interface is user-friendly if somewhat basic, with intuitive controls. The various washing and drying cycles are well-labeled and easy to understand, making it simple to select the right settings for each load. There are not a ton of different options, but that™™s not what you buy a unit like this for, so I™™m not knocking it.The simple design of the unit looks clean in our laundry room. After 21 years of service, our Frigidaire stackable finally gave up the ghost. I always appreciated the simplicity of its controls. I don™™t want or need digital readouts and menu options, etc. to do a load of laundry. I immediately looked for the contemporary version of the same model. It™™s been updated slightly with some push buttons where there used to be dials, and the knob controllers are much smoother operating now, but in essence it™™s the same machine. Thank God! Very happy with this new set and looking forward to decades of service from it, just like the last one!

Overall the machine works well and doesn't rattle or get unbalanced easily, a bit hard ot get clothes in and out of washer without contorting your body a bit, but suspect this is true for all stack systems. My only complaint is that there is not receptacle for automatic fabric softener dispensing, this means you have to catch the rinse cycle or use a ball (they don't work that well). That should be a standard feature in this day and age, I assumed it was and didn't notice until starting first wash.

I am just about to have my appliance for a year and the dryer stopped working. It will turn on for 3 seconds and then shut off. The manufacturing warranty should be more than 1 year. I reported the issue on June 3 2024 a technician came to check it out on June 13 2024. The repair man said it is the control board on the dryer and would order the part and come back. It has now been a month, every week I have to call or chat with Fridge Aire support to get an update because the Repair technician will not answer my calls or respond to my text messages just to give me an update. The ordeal has been very disappointing I have spent a lot of money purchasing from FridgeaAire I normally like their products, but this experience has been very disappointing. Now I have no Manufactuing warranty on the product I am told that the repair will be covered but It's been a month and still no part or repair completed. I cannot use my dryer at all.

The only concern so far is that the manual does not indicate that to turn the machine off and avoid lights coming on and going off at random, the cycle knobs should be turned to the cycle position. There is no mark to indicate that it is the off position. The service tech told me when I inquired.
